The villa's new story begins in 2018 when two Bulgarian families, enchanted by the place and its magic, decide to purchase the beautiful but decadent wine estate and breathe new life into it. However Bulgarian presence has been documented as early as the 7th century, when one of the brothers of Khan Asparuh.

This connection is also reflected in the artwork of the Bulgarian artists Petko Arnaudov and Valentin Angelov, who have painted with a “Bulgarian” aesthetics and sensibility the interiors of each of the luxurious rooms in a unique way.
